Role : Java DeveloperExperience : 4+ YearsLocation : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, PuneRoles and Responsibilities :1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse system requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.2. Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies.3. Build responsive, user-friendly front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.4. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.5. Implement and adhere to secure coding practices, ensuring the application meets industry standards for security.6. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end code.7. Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and validation to deliver high-quality and reliable software.8. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve development practices.10. Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other team meetings.Qualifications and Skills:- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Framework.- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.- Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security standards.- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
