Description:
We are looking for a Java/Spring Boot developer. In this role, you will use the latest tools and technologies available to deliver state-of-the-art software. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that software components are expertly designed, tested, debugged, verified, and ready for integration to help our clients improve their business outcomes in the global marketplace. Job Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 17 and/or Spring Boot 3.1.3. Design and implement RESTful APIs for various functionalities within the application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure code quality through proper code reviews, testing, and documentation. Work in an agile, project-centric, team-focused environment. Travel to clients outside the country to gather and define requirements. Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions with a focus on related technologies. Perform unit and integration testing. Continuously learn new methodologies and technologies. Share your knowledge within the organization. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Extensive work experience with Java 17 and/or Spring Boot 3.1.3 Understanding of modern web application structure. Feeling comfortable in Agile / DevOps environment. Extensive work experience with REST APIs. Experience with MySQL and Oracle databases. Experience with distributed version control system Git and Bitbucket. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: Experience/Knowledge of Spring boot. Experience/Knowledge of additional programming languages/frameworks (like Node.js, Go, Python or .NET). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift. Experience with at least one Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Knowledge of microservice design patterns and architecture. Pro-active involvement in IT communities and events.
