Summary :- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Technical Lead to join our growing team.- This role requires a passionate leader with a deep understanding of Java development principles, software design, and best practices.- You will play a key role in mentoring junior developers, architecting complex solutions, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment.- Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.- Analyze technical requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to overall system architecture.- Develop and maintain highly scalable and performant backend systems using Java (preferably Java 17), Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java, cloud computing, and DevOps.- Identify opportunities for technical improvement and implement innovative solutions.- Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.- Participate in the selection and evaluation of new technologies and tools.- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.- Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress towards project goals.- Document technical decisions and maintain clear and concise code.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.Qualifications :- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java development.- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language (Java 17 preferred) and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software architectures.- Strong understanding of backend development concepts, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and databases.- Experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks (a plus).-Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies (a plus).- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (a plus).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.- Passion for building high-quality, secure, and user-friendly software applications (ref:hirist.tech)
