Description:
Position : Lead Software EngineerWe are looking for a technology agnostic Full Stack, Lead Software Engineer (.net) with a proven hands-on experience in various technologies who would use technology as an enabler to solving real-life business problems.Roles and Responsibilities :- Design and develop cloud based scalable, extensible, reliable and maintainable applications on modern cloud stack like AWS, Azure- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs- Deliver sustainable solution/technical architecture to solve business problems in line with organizational vision and product roadmap- Perform code reviews with helpful and meaningful feedback for your teammates- Track down and avoid/reduce technical debt using a variety of modern tools- Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meets the needs of our customers- Work across the different phases of the software development lifecycle including estimating level-of-effort, identifying best approach, supporting QA testing, deployments, documentation, debugging, post prod support, and shipping security improvements- Participate and contribute in all Agile ceremonies - Research, document, note trade-offs and recommend potential solutions and help prepare technology roadmaps- Create and/or update documentation to support development efforts. Documentation may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams and/or design documentsRequisite Skills :- Full stack Engineering background building out RESTful microservices architecture in an enterprise environment- Strong fundamentals of Object Oriented Programming languages like Java, C#- Clean Code practitioner- Solid experience with client-side technologies including but not limited to React.js, node.js, Angular, Vue.js, jQuery- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS/Azure- Full understanding of DevOps practices and implementation- Knowledge on containerization tech like Docker and Kubernetes will be a plus- Solid understanding of relational and NoSql database systems such as Oracle, Sql Server, Postgres, MySql, CouchDB, MondoDB- Skilled in test-driven development and passion for both code and output quality- Proven background at working on agile development teams (ideally using Scrum or Kanban)- Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration in a team-oriented environmentQualifications :- Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant disciplineExperience :- 6+ years of professional experience building enterprise-level software in Java or .Net (ref:hirist.tech)
