Job Description for Asset Executive L1 Title: Asset Executive L1 Open Positions: 3 Work Location: Reliance Corporate Park(Ghansoli) Work Timings: General Shift Responsibilities: Maintaining IT Assets Laptops, Desktops and accessories. Responsible for Asset tracking and Vendor coordination. Bar-coding and tagging of assets. Taking Physical inventory of all assets. Preparing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change & Disposal) of every IT Assets. Maintaining the Record of New material Inward & Outward. Responsible for Preparation of Monthly Asset summary report, SLA report & Asset Management report. Ensures compliance by adhering to the standard processes/templates defined for the department. Candidate Profile: Experience: 1-2 yrs. of relevant experience in Asset Management. Qualification: Any Graduate/Post graduate Requirements: Basic Asset Management knowledge. Basic desktop knowledge. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Problem solving skills and multitasking ability. Key Words: FIFO, Assets verification, inventory control, stock reconciliation, IT Asset management, IT Asset Executive, Inventory Management, IMACD.
