MOURI Tech provides a transparent, healthy, and favourable work environment with teams and business units seamlessly connected across the organization.Job Description:- Lead the resolution of complex and critical Azure Cloud incidents.- Design and implement scalable and high-performance Azure solutions.- Act as a subject matter expert for Azure services, providing guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 teams.- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Azure services into the overall infrastructure.- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for efficient operations.- Participate in the planning and execution of Azure migrations and upgrades.- Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for major incidents, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.- Contribute to the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient incident resolution.- Good Knowledge in Monitoring & Infra Management of Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts,App Gateway, Load Balancer,Service Bus, Event Hubs,Container App Environment, Redis Cache, Databricks etc.- Certifications in relevant technologies are desired.
