The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a wide range of technologies including WindowsServer, Networking, Acronis Backup, ConnectWise, Ninja RMM, Cynet MDR, VMWare, Scale Computing, Hewlett Packard Servers, Microsoft365, ExchangeServers, Sophos and SonicWall, Meraki, and Ubiquity, Sharepoint Online, MDM intune, Office 365, Azure AD.Candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and securing #ITinfrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven experience as a Senior Systems Administrator/ITConsultant/ Technical Specialist or similar role.- Expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.- Proficiency in Acronis Backup and recovery solutions.- Experience with ConnectWise and Ninja RMM for remote monitoring and management.- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Servers.- Hands-on experience with VMWare virtualization technology.- Familiarity with Firewall such as Sophos and SonicWall.- Familiarity with Cynet MDR platform for threat detection and response.- Knowledge of Scale Computing and Hewlett Packard Servers.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a leader.
