Job Description :- Solid experience in backend development using Node.js, Go, and Python.- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a high-scale consumer internet startup.- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.- Proficiency in developing web crawlers and scrapers, with experience using Scrapy.- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with handling large-scale data processing and storageRole and Responsibilities :- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the backend development team, including mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and driving best practices.- Backend Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust backend systems and APIs using modern technologies and frameworks.- Architecture Design: Architect and design backend solutions that meet business requirements, scalability needs, and performance goals, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.- Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, code quality practices, and development processes to maintain high-quality codebase and ensure maintainability, reliability, and scalability.- Technical Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in backend development, and drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems, architecture, and development processes.Salary : 20-30LPA (ref:hirist.tech)
