Salary : 12-25lpaAbout the job : Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role as a Creatio Developer in our Chennai location. As a Creatio Developer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and customizing applications on the Creatio platform, designing and implementing business processes, and providing technical support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to the enhancement of customer experience through innovative solutions.Qualifications : - Proficiency in Creatio platform development ( 3-9 Yrs of Experiences)- Experience in designing and implementing business processes- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL- Experience in customization and configuration of Creatio modules- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Experience in CRM development and integration is a plus- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong knowledge of : - JavaScript : Proficiency in scripting and enhancing application functionality.- HTML & CSS : Expertise in creating and modifying user interfaces.- SQL : Strong skills in database management and query optimization.- Experience in customization and configuration of Creatio modules : Ability to tailor modules to meet specific business needs.- Troubleshooting and debugging : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment : Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.- Strong communication and teamwork skills : Effective collaboration with diverse teams.- Experience in CRM development and integration : Desirable but not mandatory.Educational background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Skills : - Prior experience in CRM development and integration will be considered a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldWork From Office - Chennai (Sholinganallur) (ref:hirist.tech)
