Lead - Business Rule Engine - LOSResponsibilities :- Job will involve designing, developing, and implementing business rules for our organization using the CRIF Strategy One interface.- Debugging, troubleshooting, resolving, testing, deployment of issues in CRIF S1 platform- Candidate should have knowledge of multiple bureau like Cibil, CRIF and will able to use Bureau Parameters in BRE as per need.- Independently analyze the issue, identify RCA and resolve within SLA.- Resolve user's clarifications/tickets and skillfully manage complex problems.- Release Management with multiple phases- Create knowledge base materials and FAQs for issues, dedicated towards operational efficiency while also empowering and enabling the developer community- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to resolve problems- Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy.- Complete assigned issues and CRs- Maintain the SLA and resolve the issues in a timely manner (ref:hirist.tech)
