Description:
Job Description :- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Pega solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and Pega application designs.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and adherence to best practices.- Architect and design Pega applications, including data models, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.- Develop and configure Pega application components, including case types, data types, decision rules, and user interfaces, leveraging Pega best practices and design patterns.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards compliance across the project team.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution, working closely with developers, testers, and system administrators.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and architects, to ensure successful delivery of Pega solutions.- Stay abreast of the latest Pega technologies, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Pega certification(s) such as Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA), Certified System Architect (CSA), and/or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).- Proven experience as a Pega developer or architect, with at least [X years] of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications.- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, capabilities, and features, including case management, decision management, and user interface development.- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.- Ability to lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.- Experience with other technologies such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web services is a plus.- Experience with Pega Cloud and DevOps practices is desirable.
