Job Title: Lead Hybris DeveloperJob Description:We are looking for a skilled Lead Hybris Developer to lead our team in developing cutting-edge e-commerce solutions using the Hybris platform. As a Lead Hybris Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust e-commerce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities along with expertise in Hybris, Spring framework, Java programming, and microservices architecture.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Hybris developers in the design, development, and implementation of e-commerce solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Design and architect scalable and high-performance e-commerce applications using Hybris and microservices architecture.- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions.- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Hybris implementations and integrations.- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in e-commerce technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Extensive experience with Hybris Commerce Suite.- Proficiency in Java programming language.- Strong understanding of the Spring framework.- Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.- Solid understanding of e-commerce concepts and best practices.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
