Position: Pega Lead Developer (LSA Certified)Location: Pune & ChennaiCertification: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)Job Description:As a Pega Lead Developer with LSA certification, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:- Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.- Develop and configure Pega applications using Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) platform.- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency.- Conduct Pega application performance tuning and optimization to enhance system performance and scalability.- Lead the implementation of Pega application features and enhancements, including integrations with external systems.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in Pega applications, working closely with support teams and vendors.- Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features, tools, and technologies, and assess their applicability to our projects.- Mentor junior developers and provide training sessions to enhance their Pega development skills.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is mandatory.- Hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.- Proficiency in Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) platform, including configuration, case management, data modeling, and UI development.- Strong understanding of Pega application design principles, patterns, and best practices.- Experience with full lifecycle Pega application development, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.- Knowledge of other BPM platforms and technologies is a plus.
