Job Description Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to play Lead- QE&T Delivery role. This person will be: Managing Global Testing Delivery for large customers Experience working with large scale (atleast 100+ team size) multiple tower engagements. Experience with strong exposure to different Automation Frameworks, Domain Testing, Mobile Testing and Delivery Transformations. Well versed with Test and QA process, Knowledge on Testing methodologies Experience in setting up TCOE and leading Pre- Sales Extensive experience working in Fixed Price and Managed Services financial models. Pyramid Management, Resourcing, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast, Budgeting & Invoicing. Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit, customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Primary Skills Well versed with Test and QA process, Knowledge on Testing methodologies Experience in setting up TCOE and leading Pre- Sales Extensive experience working in Fixed Price and Managed Services financial models. Pyramid Management, Resourcing, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast, Budgeting & Invoicing. Experienced in managing Cloud Testing Projects Secondary Skills Automation And Performance Testing Experience is additional advantage. Automobile Domain Experience is additional advantage. Managing Quality KPIs (Test Effectiveness, Defect Density The candidate will have 20-25 years of experience in Quality engineering and testing delivery with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. Strong Knowledge on HP ALM, JIRA, Selenium ISTQB Advance Level Certified PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner/certified.
