Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in leading and managing the successful implementation, support, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in all phases of the SAP FICO lifecycle, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement within the Finance function.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants throughout the project lifecycle (planning, design, configuration, development, testing, go-live, post-implementation support).- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations throughout the project lifecycle.- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes within the Finance function.- Translate business requirements into comprehensive SAP FICO solutions, considering best practices, scalability, performance, and integration needs.- Design, configure, and implement core FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) to meet specific client functionalities.- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.- Lead and participate in workshops to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose solutions.- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery within budget and on time.- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth project execution.- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for optimization and automation within FICO.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP FICO, including S/4HANA migration considerations.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure optimal system utilization and address any emerging needs.Requirements :- A minimum of 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful FICO projects.- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities, configuration best practices, and industry standards.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of consultants in a collaborative and results-oriented environment.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and optimized FICO solutions.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex tasks and projects.- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and functionalities within the SAP FICO landscape.
