Role : Lead solution designer Service Assurance. Exp : 8-15yrs. Loc : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune. Skills : Service Assurance, End to end solution designing, Solution architecture, service now, OSS. Domain Telecom. Roles and Responsibilities :- Following BSS applications knowledge is mandatory CRM, Fault Orchestration (both reactive and proactive), Engineering workflow management.- Following Network OSS applications knowledge is mandatory Inventory management, Configuration, Network Monitoring System, Element Management System, Test & Diagnostics application, Network performance management (monitoring, collecting data, reporting), Provisioning & Activation system, Incident and Change management system.- Knowledge in both reactive and proactive fault journey is mandatory.- Knowledge on Service Now modules CSM, ITSM, TSOM, CMDB are mandatory.- Accountable for defining the solution design of OSS/BSS solutions in adherence to the architecture, customer requirements and contractual outcomes.- Accountable for ensuring project delivery of multi-domain BSS/OSS solutions.- Requirements gathering for creating BSS/OSS service and solution design.- Design of OSS/BSS solutions.
