Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)Job Description :- We are currently seeking two highly skilled Lead Software Engineers with expertise in full-stack development to join our dynamic team.- As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of complex software solutions.- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of extensive experience in software development.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions.- Architect and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications using C#, . NET, React, SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Azure, and Event-driven Architecture.- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns to ensure code quality and reusability.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.- Proficiency in C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Azure, and Event-driven Architecture.- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team of developers.- Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, is highly desirable.
