Description:
Job Description :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for diverse projects, including new product launches, regulatory programs, and system implementations.- Conduct thorough business process analysis and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, define project scope, and identify key deliverables.- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, utilizing Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.- Experience working as a business analyst across a range of business deliveries including one or more of the following areas new products, regulatory programs, new system implementations, integration of package solutions, or business transformations.- Experience in the full IT development lifecycle using both Agile Scrum and Waterfall approaches.- Proficient in MS Office tools including Viso, Excel, and Project.- Proficient in the use of corporate wiki tools for Project Collaboration (preferably Confluence).- Proficient in the use of issue-tracking software (preferably Jira) (ref:hirist.tech)
