Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EBW Support Engineer with extensive experience in S/4 HANA and BI modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and maintaining SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance. This role requires a professional with 4 to 9 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities :SAP S/4 HANA Support :- Provide support for SAP S/4 HANA modules, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues that arise.- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.- Collaborate with functional teams to understand their requirements and implement solutions.BI Modules Support :- Support Business Intelligence (BI) modules, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to meet business needs.- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.System Integration :- Ensure seamless integration between S/4 HANA and BI modules.- Manage and support interfaces with other systems and third-party applications.User Support and Training :- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues promptly.- Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP systems.Documentation and Reporting :- Document system configurations, changes, and support activities.- Generate regular reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.Required Qualifications :Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience :- 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP EBW support, specifically with S/4 HANA and BI modules.Technical Skills :- Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA modules and their integration with BI modules.- Strong understanding of BI tools and technologies, including ETL processes, reporting, and data warehousing.- Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
