Role : Machine Learning EngineerExperience : 5+ years Location : BangaloreResponsibilities :- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.- Train and evaluate machine learning models using various techniques and tools.- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and model selection.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions.- Design and build scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines.- Utilize MLOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.- Work with large datasets and apply big data technologies for efficient processing.- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of machine learning and data science.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of machine learning frameworks and libraries.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.Skills :- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.- Experience with ML implementation, including data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation.- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.- Understanding of cloud platforms, such as GCP, for machine learning infrastructure.- Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques for pre-trained models (LLM - Language Model Fine-tuning).- Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and SQL.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of machine learning models and results.- Ability to adapt and learn new techniques and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
