About the job :We are looking for a Senior ML engineer who can be part of our team and work in an agile development environment. As a Senior ML engineer you would be working with our team of engineers to ship quality products to the market. We are looking for someone who has a sound understanding of fundamental design principles of software development.What will you work on?- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems.- Identify the right datasets for solving the given problem- Build ML pipelines to process and train the data- Run ML experiments scientifically and analyze the results.- Deploy solutions into production and maintain several models for fast experiments- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring accuracy and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies.What are we looking for?- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.- 5-7 years experience building machine learning systems in a professional setting, with 3+ years specialization in natural language processing (NLP)- Knowledge of Language Modelling & NLP- Understanding and Experience of LLMs preferred- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Skills: machine learning, ml, java, language modeling, agile, nlp, model evaluation, feature engineering, R, python, data science, data preprocessing, natural language processing (ref:hirist.tech)
