Marketing Administrator We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join our growing Marketing team, to be based in Hyderabad. This role will see you supporting our Sales and Marketing teams, and owning the growth and expansion of our database to ensure that we have up to date accounts and information. About the Role: Due to rapid expansion, we have a great opportunity for a proactive administrator to own the administration within our team. You will add accounts to our system (Salesforce), build the database, and support the Sales and Marketing teams with general administrative duties. This role is based in our Hyderabad office. What you'll be doing: No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in: Sourcing and adding new contacts and accounts onto Salesforce from various sources, including email, LinkedIn, and telephone Cleansing data by adding new contacts and updating account details Providing administrative support for company trade shows and events Maintaining and updating records General administration duties both within sales and marketing. What we're looking for: To be successful in this position good rapport building skills are essential, as are strong organisational and communication skills. On top of this, we are also looking for: A confident and friendly personality! Computer literate with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and LinkedIn Accurate data entry and manipulation skills Excellent time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
