Description:
Understand drawings of all disciplines w.r.t any scope of work and verify quantities of each line item in the BOQ and Approve on the final GTG Document for errorless execution. Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risk and guide designers to adhere the corrections on time. Cross verify Measurement details in BOQ w.r.t drawings. Maintain high-quality standards for all design deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure excellence. Identifying training areas for Designing team based on the reoccurring errors and ensure reduction of error from designer end. Handling execution escalations/queries if any. Taking whole responsibility of errorless execution. Adhering TAT for validation process and take appropriate action if any misalignment within team. Sharing continuous feedback and evaluation meeting with both operational & Design team to avoid reoccurring errors. Identify product category which is majorly used by the designers to build inhouse private library. Job Role & Job Role B.Arch, Interior Designing, B. Tech in Civil Engineering, 2 to 4 Years of residential/Commercial interior experience in Both Modular & Non-Modular. Preferably worked 2- 3 yrs in Execution & 1 yr in Design quality check/Factory Role. Experience in technical details, Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on site conditions and foresee execution risk. Extremely high level of ownership. Problem solving ability. High learning aptitude. Good Communication skills – Verbal & Written. Open to travel extensively. (Own vehicle is must)
