Description:
Job Description: Responsible with close co-ordination with in-house team, sub consultant and client. Review of the design document, drawings, BOQ, Specifications and bid document for the MEPF /MHS/ Utility services for building, infrastructure, ports, roads etc. Site visit / Client meeting visit as and when required. Follow-up for the approval of designated work from TPI/ IE/Client. Skills & Abilities: Excellent transparent communication style Understanding of engineering design procedure, drawings and codal provision for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire requirement. Knowledge for Material Handling System (MHS) Knowhow of material specification, bid document, market rates Excellent computer skills especially with Auto Cad, MS-Office.
