Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with the implementation, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to streamline their sales, marketing, and customer service operations.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to understand business requirements and CRM goals.- Design and implement technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE or Sales Enterprise) functionalities and configurations.- Develop and configure workflows, plugins, and custom entities to automate processes and enhance CRM functionality.- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation) to ensure seamless data flow.- Manage data migration and cleansing processes to ensure accurate and consistent customer data within the CRM system.- Configure security settings and user access controls to maintain system integrity and data privacy.- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Technical Skills:- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE or Sales Enterprise) implementations and configurations.- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data models, and workflows.- Experience with development tools and technologies for Dynamics 365 CRM (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Power Automate).- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., SSIS, Azure Logic Apps).- Experience with SQL Server and writing T-SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
