Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in helping our clients implement and configure Dynamics 365 Finance to optimize their financial operations and achieve their strategic goals.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their current financial processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.- Analyze and translate business requirements into a comprehensive Dynamics 365 Finance implementation plan.- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) to meet specific client needs.- Develop and document user training materials to ensure seamless user adoption of the new financial management system.- Conduct user training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to operate the system effectively.- Provide ongoing support to clients after implementation, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing system configurations.- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.Technical Skills:- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365F) implementation and configuration.- Strong understanding of core D365F modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets).- Experience with financial management concepts and best practices (accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).- Experience with data migration and integration techniques for D365F.- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and functionalities within D365F.Additional Skills:- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for business users.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
