Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in helping our clients implement and configure Dynamics 365 Operations to streamline their core business functions and achieve their strategic goals.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, processes, and pain points.- Analyze and translate business requirements into a comprehensive Dynamics 365 Operations implementation plan.- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing) to meet specific client needs.- Develop and document user training materials to ensure seamless user adoption of the new system.- Conduct user training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to operate the system effectively.- Provide ongoing support to clients after implementation, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing system configurations.- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations.Technical Skills :- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations (D365FO) implementation and configuration.- Strong understanding of core D365 modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing).- Experience with data migration and integration techniques for D365FO.- Proficiency in SQL queries and reporting tools for D365FO. -Familiarity with business process mapping and analysis methodologies.Additional Skills :- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for business users.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g, Agile, Waterfall).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits :- Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects with leading organizations.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.- Continuous learning and development opportunities.- Make a real impact on the success of our clients' businesses.Location : Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
