Description:
As a Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, development, testing, and deployment of customized solutions for Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications and technical developments. Additionally, you will provide expert consulting services both onsite and offsite, ensuring the seamless integration of third-party solutions and optimizing data consumption workflows.Key Responsibilities :Solution Design and Development :- Lead the design, analysis, development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV solutions.- Develop custom scripts and configurations to tailor Dynamics GP and NAV to client-specific requirements.- Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet high-quality standards.Integration Expertise :- Provide expertise in integrating third-party solutions into the Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV platforms.- Develop and implement downstream data pipelines to facilitate data consumption and reporting.- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless data integration and system interoperability.Client Engagement and Consulting :- Work closely with clients to gather and understand user requirements.- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics GP and NAV clients.Technical Development :- Utilize SQL and other programming languages to develop and optimize custom scripts.- Configure Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV systems to enhance functionality and performance. -Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations.Support and Maintenance :- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and internal teams.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.- 8 to 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV.- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV solutions.- Strong experience in integrating third-party solutions and developing data pipelines.- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to develop custom scripts for Dynamics GP and NAV configurations.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Location : Pune (ref:hirist.tech)
