Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MDM (Mobile Device Management) Administrator to join our team. As an MDM Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and security of mobile devices within our organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of our mobile devices and applications.As an MDM Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and efficient mobile environment. You will be responsible for managing device policies, user profiles, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with company standards. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be crucial in providing effective support to end users. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating mobile device management software and firmware to keep our systems up-to-date with the latest security patches and features.Responsibilities :- Manage and support mobile devices, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Monitor and maintain mobile device management software, ensuring necessary updates are applied in a timely manner.- Develop and implement device policies and user profiles to improve security and compliance.- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving mobile device issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility with mobile applications and systems.- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile device management.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Proven experience as an MDM Administrator or in a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of mobile device management and security protocols.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in mobile device management software, such as Microsoft Intune or VMware - AirWatch.- Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and LDAP.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
