Job Description :We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Backend Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and optimization, with specific expertise in MongoDB.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of our online applications.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB databases for online applications.- Implement data models and schemas based on application requirements.- Optimize database performance, including indexing strategies, query optimization, and data sharing.- Monitor database performance and provide recommendations for improvements.- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.- Ensure database security and compliance with data protection regulations.- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.- Stay up-to-date with the latest MongoDB features, best practices, and industry trends.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as a MongoDB developer or similar role.- Strong understanding of MongoDB architecture and data modeling.- Proficient in writing and optimizing complex MongoDB queries.- Experience with database indexing, replication, and sharing.- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques.- Solid understanding of data backup, recovery, and security practices.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Experience with other NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.Preferred Skills :- Experience with performance profiling and load testing tools.- Knowledge of programming languages commonly used with MongoDB, such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Java.- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Certification in MongoDB or related technologies.
