Job Description Configure, deploy, and manage monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, and Instana. Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide real-time insights into the health and performance of our systems. Respond to alerts promptly, investigate incidents, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently. Develop and maintain incident response procedures for monitoring-related incidents. Analyze monitoring data to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Work closely with IT teams to implement optimizations and enhance overall system performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for monitoring tools configurations, processes, and best practices. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to empower team members with monitoring tool expertise Primary Skills Proven experience as a Monitoring Tools Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, and Instana. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation. Secondary Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
