Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and customize MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.- Develop and implement plugins, workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET.- Design and build PowerApps applications to enhance user experience and productivity.- Integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems using APIs and web services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement CRM projects.- Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications.- Stay updated with the latest MS Dynamics 365 CRM updates, new features, and best practices.Mandatory Skills:- Strong experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.- Proficiency in developing plugins, workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET.- Hands-on experience with PowerApps development.- Experience with integration using APIs and web services.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:- MS Dynamics 365 CRM certification.- Experience with Azure services and integration.- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps.
