About the job : NET DeveloperExperience : 4 Plus years exp - Relevant hands on experience:4+YearsLocation : Remote- We are seeking a talented and experienced .- NET Developer to join our team.- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in .- NET development and a strong understanding of the .NET framework.- As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework and related technologies.- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes and deliverables.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.Requirements :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in .NET development.- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or other web frameworks.- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
