Your typical day will involve working with .Net Full Stack Development, leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including project planning, estimation, and execution. - Develop and maintain high-quality code using .Net Full Stack Development, adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. Good To Have Skills: - Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Cloud Design and Build, and Informatica PowerCenter. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Solid grasp of database design and development, including SQL Server and Oracle. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Pune office.
