Job Description :- BE /BSc /Diploma engineers with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience LAN & WAN Networking product portfolio- Recommended Certifications ACFE, ACSE, CCNA, CCNP with hands on practical knowledge - Hands on experience with Switches, Wireless and and security devices. Alcatel Products hands-on will be an advantage - Very good Understanding of TCP / IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity- Candidate must have experience Routing & Switching & SecurityThe candidate should possess skills in the areas of troubleshooting enterprise networks with the following technologies :- Routing Static routes, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF- Gateway redundancy VRRP/HSRP, Switching STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, EtherChannels, Dot1x authentication, portsecurity,802.1Q, DHCP server, DHCP relay, DHCP Snooping, Arp inspection, IP source guard, NAC integration, Virtual Chassis - IP Addressing & Subnetting- WAN MPLS , VXLAN, SPB and interface related issues such as QoS, errors, discards, etc- Firewall , Access list , Stateful Inspection, NAT, VPN & Tunneling- Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability- Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving, Effective skills and experience analyzing technology behavior and issue resolution- Liaise with TAC, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution-ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment that includes a global focus- Customer facing with strong command on technical presentation to demonstrate the different Solution along with competition analysis - Must have experience to work as Post-Sale support person for Customers/partners for deployment support, PoC, Product Demonstrations, testing customer config in lab environment- Candidate must have experience for RFP compliance preparation, BoM, BoQ, Design document preparation, Configuration documentation, LAB setup for customer demonstration, re-creation of LAB scenerios for troubleshooting, RCA documentation, HLD & LLD Diagram - Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must- Excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations- Wireless (Controller based / Controller less architecture will be an advantage - Wireshark knowledge will be an advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
