Job Description :1. 10+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring Tool as New Relic, Data Dog, and Dynatrace 5+ years of working experience in NQRL.2. Working Knowledge of Python, and SQL/NoSQL Database3. Good knowledge of utilizing AWS services and Azure services.4. Strong knowledge in planning, designing, and maintaining applications utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Nginx, Linux, New Relic, Data Dog5. SME in enterprise monitoring like APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, and Log monitoring6. Knowledge of requirement gathering and rollout monitoring and observability solutions. 7. Partner with the business and development teams to identify requirements, define monitoring solutions, and implement the same.8. Expert organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and quickly contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.9. Ability to handle multiple projects and able to create a scope of work to the client's requirements.10. Experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Infrastructure 11. Monitoring for Different Hybrid Business Applications and Infrastructure12. Providing health and performance reports, developing AIOps rules, creating alerts, creating custom dashboards13. Experience in integrating New Relic with other tools such as Service-Cafe, PagerDuty, Slack, webhooks, and JIRA.14. Experience in creating workloads and user onboarding.15. Effective and efficient operational support of different enterprise monitoring tools (New Relic, SolarWinds,) is preferred.16. Assisting application support teams in developing and deploying an effective monitoring profile for their key applications and services using various monitoring techniques17. IT certification (ITIL) or equivalent is preferable.18. Adaptability of new monitoring tools and platforms.19. Good experience in MS Excel, formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.20. Good presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).21. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.22. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.23. NRQL and Dashboard ( GraphQL API, NRQL builder, charts and dashboard using NRQL , PromQL and exports data using NRQL, etc.)24. APM Monitoring (Java, .NET, PHP, ruby, python, Go, C SDK, Node.js monitoring, APM transaction, logs, etc.).25. Alerts & AI (Alert policy, condition, anomaly detection, sources, decisions, Muting rules, workflows, destinations, events, and incidents).26. Mobile App monitoring (Android, iOS , Cardova, React Native monitoring, crash, transaction, logs monitoring of mobile app and dashboard creation).27. Browser Monitoring (pageview, Ajax requests, session performance, JavaScript error, page load timing, browser agent, Real user monitoring) coding (python, JScript, terraform)Location: Chandigarh ( Work from office)Preferred 30 days to join (ref:hirist.tech)
