Description:
Job Description • Post-production Technical/Techno-functional support for all RICE components in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Finance modules (AP/AR/GL/FA/PO). • Understanding business processes and integration flows (including PAAS solutions). • Involvement in transition and migration process of solutions with Project team. • Proactive in debugging and resolution issues reported by the L2/business team as per SLA. • Conduct emergency bug fixes that impact production (if needed). • Proactively check logs and dashboard patterns, identify potential issues, and fix the same. • Identify gaps in alerting - work closely with engineering teams to fill the gaps. • Conduct root-cause analysis with detailed documentation. • Check if alerts are in place for all application anomalies. • Fine-tune thresholds. • Remove false alerts. • Identify monitoring opportunities and automation opportunities and implement them. • Create a knowledge base (SOPs and runbooks) for Production support. • Work on enhancements requests. Knowledge, Skills & Experience JJob Experience • 5+ years of experience in support or development of RICE components as Technical/Techno-functional consultant in Oracle Fusion - Finance modules (AP/AR/GL/FA/PO). • Exposure to BIP, OTBI reports, FDBI imports and configuration • Exposure to PAAS solutions • Experience in solving critical issues • Good to have prior experience in the Retail domain. • Good analysis, debugging, and communication skills are a must. • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of large and complex technical system architecture • Excellent customer service skills RRequired Soft Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus Demonstrated ability to work well with others Responds effectively to multiple demands. Assumes responsibility for the accuracy of work processes and flow of multiple tasks. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
