Our expert services have made us a trusted technology partner to industry leaders across the United States.Omniskope is an excellent fit if you like small teams, are part of an initial growth team, and believe in impacting our customers, people, and communities.To simplify, We wanted to be your Platform for Success and make your dreams come true.Our Values : Customer Success & Excellence.Own & Inspire :- Never stop learning- Collaborate & Communicate- Empathic & People-First- Be a Multiplier- Foster Equality- Have funJob Overview :We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Architect with expertise in OmniStudio to join our team and play a crucial role in advising a strategic initiative for one of our clients in the insurance sector.Responsibilities :- Serve as a key advisor to the Systems Integrator (SI) team, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in OmniStudio.- Understanding the existing underwriting solution on the SFI (Insurance Cloud Platform) and guiding the migration process to Core FSC.- Collaborate closely with the SI team to facilitate the seamless migration of the client's underwriting solution from SFI to Core FSC.- While the primary focus is on service-related aspects, the candidate should be well-versed in OmniStudio to guide decisions related to the user interface (UI) transition.- Leverage expertise in building UI components using Flexcards and Omniscripts.- Assist in the decision-making process to determine whether to retain and reuse these components in the Core FSC environment.- Evaluate and recommend the reuse of PS Advisory components where applicable, ensuring efficient and effective integration into the new architecture.- Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and preferences regarding the UI built using Flexcards and Omniscripts.- Provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing the UI in the Core FSC environment.Qualifications :- In-depth expertise in OmniStudio is essential.- While experience with SFI is beneficial, a strong focus on OmniStudio capabilities is required for this role.- Familiarity with the insurance sector, particularly in underwriting processes, is advantageous.- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide them through complex technical transitions.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered during the migration process.Certifications :- Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant- Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer (ref:hirist.tech)
