Job Description :We are seeking a skilled Salesforce UX Architect to join our team and serve as a crucial liaison between our business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly in OmniStudio, to design intuitive website experiences tailored to different units within our client's organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that webforms adhere to our client's branding guidelines while seamlessly integrating with both unauthenticated and authenticated web portals.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective website designs.- Utilize OmniStudio to design and implement intuitive intake forms, considering how omniscripts function and optimizing user experience.- Ensure that all web forms adhere to our client's branding guidelines, maintaining consistency and alignment with their organizational branding standards.- Design both unauthenticated and authenticated web portals to cater to different types of users landing on our client's website.- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that design decisions align with Salesforce platform capabilities and technical feasibility.- Incorporate features seamlessly between our client's website and Salesforce portal, identifying which functionalities belong to each platform.- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the UX team, fostering their growth and development.Requirements :- Proven experience as a UX Architect or similar role, with a focus on the Salesforce platform and OmniStudio.- Strong understanding of OmniStudio and its components, including the ability to design and implement complex workflows.- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering projects within tight deadlines.Certifications Preferred :- Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer- Salesforce Certified Application Architect- Salesforce Certified System Architect (ref:hirist.tech)
