Job description:Role & responsibilities:Job Description for OnBase Support:- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hyland OnBase system.- Experience in Hyland OnBase architecture and solutioning.- Hands-on experience in development and support of OnBase Workflows, OnBase WorkView, Import processes and OnBase Configurations.- Hands of experience with Doc Comp, Unity forms/E-forms, Reporting dashboards etc.- In-depth knowledge Hyland OnBase systems and excellent troubleshooting skills.- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.- Experience in dealing with customers for Requirement gathering, Analysis, Debugging, Unit Testing and Co-ordinate UAT sessions.- Create proper documentation - Developer Checklist, Test Plans, Test Execution Results.- Production Support ticket analysis, resolutions, customer communication.Good to have:- .NET background- OnBase Certification: OCSA, OCWA,Typescript (ref:hirist.tech)
