Description:
The OpenLink Endur Consultant will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of OpenLink Endur, a leading energy trading and risk management (ETRM) software solution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commodity trading and risk management concepts, coupled with hands-on experience in Endur implementation and customization.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Configuration :- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ETRM solutions using OpenLink Endur.- Configure Endur modules, workflows, and interfaces to meet the specific needs of clients.- Customize screens, reports, and workflows as per project requirements.- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the stability and functionality of configured solutions.System Integration and Data Migration :- Integrate Endur with other enterprise systems such as market data providers, trading platforms, and accounting systems.- Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Endur.- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define data mapping and transformation rules.System Administration and Support :- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Endur installations, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as necessary.- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.Business Analysis and Process Improvement :- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the Endur system.- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and propose solutions to enhance trading and risk management workflows.- Participate in the design and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting OpenLink Endur ETRM solutions.- Strong understanding of commodity trading and risk management concepts, including physical and financial trading, hedging strategies, and market risk analysis.- Proficiency in Endur administration, configuration, and customization.- Experience with Endur integration with external systems and data sources is highly desirable.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.- Certification in OpenLink Endur or relevant ETRM certifications is a plus.
