Job Description :We implemented/ integrated our SuccessFactors instance with SFSF-XECM the document archive for the SF Module: LMS (storage of training certificates).- We have 1 DMS environment with 3 instances (Dev, Test, Prod) connected with dedicated SuccessFactors - SAP IAS (for authentication).Critical Drivers for Success (critical factor or activity required for ensuring the success of a role) :- OpenText Content Server- OpenText Directory Services- OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors integration knowledge- OpenText document generation PowerDocs will be preferable.- Implementation/ Integration of SuccessFactors XECM by Opentext full suite with our Hello Success One Instance SuccessFactors - Document Generation- Document Archiving- Document Signing (concept/ proposal of signature tools)Need : - Requirement engineering- Evaluation of requirements (makes it sence or not, proposal of scenarios)- Conception consultancy/preparation/scenarios about integration/ migration/ architecture- Implementation- HyperCareTechnical Competencies (Required) :- Developer or Consultant (business & technical)- Knowledge about SuccessFactors/ SAP IAS/ SAP and Non-SAP- Good collaboration/soft-skills with business/ technical peopleTechnical Competencies (Desired) :- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge/know-how/SuccessFactors and OpenText integration.
