Desired Candidate Profile Definitive source of knowledge, technique and expertise of operations Good knowledge of frontend technologies (react native knowledge preferred) and backend technologies Candidate should have experience on tools like Kibana, Postman, Remedy, Jira, Clevertap. (Minimum 3 out of the list. Kibana and Postman are important) .ability to identify/diagnose the problem and guide the team in the right direction. Should have frontend experience. Android native, react native etc. Do not focus on candidates with Unix, Linux, SQL experience. Should be able to manage Business Continuity and Division of work. Making Rosters, Managing leaves, distributing work evenly, etc Should have strong problem solving skills Internal systems monitoring and analysis of issues Strong knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g. Remedy) Ensures all tickets are assigned to respective teams and monitor till closure Monitoring system alerts Monitoring on all ongoing shifts, creation and update of Shifts roasters, Plan manpower and shift Monitoring overall system (as system owner), and Responsible for handling of operational related activities End to end owner of system which should have knowledge of system technically Should conduct weekly, monthly meetings with team and management, schedule and actively participate in team reviews calls Data analysis of all transactions, should create and present all data in ppts on weekly basis Should have functional knowledge, track headcount and effective compliance to rostering across operations and reporting and meet the SLAs Responsible for day to day operations work, monitor resolution of Operations support problem Coordinate communications between the clients and the Operations team Interact with internal and external teams on business and operational issues Training of the team members, Helping in SOP and Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly review of performance with all SLA ,Co-ordinate with other leads and team Plan and approve process improvement initiatives as required for effective operational controls of this process Fine-tuning or continuous improvement of process and productivity Responsible for Operational Excellence - bring in stability as per agreed timelines Meet and review business engagements, Responsible for all Operations dashboard getting published on time.
