Description:
Responsibilities :- Supporting Oracle Agile PLM application environment- Communicate proactively with key stakeholders- Participate in Design, implementation and support of integrations with ERP and MES applications- Partner with Engineering Services and IT Application teams on governance, support and project activities- Participate in management of vendors for projects and support- Identify new areas on an ongoing basis where Agile PLM solution can be leveraged or current solutions enhanced- Perform testing as needed for new applications or in response to internal requests, and maintain documentation- Help manage patches, upgrades and add-ons- Monitor and report on the performance, growth and the general health of the system- Address user issues/concerns in a professional/timely manner and ensure end-user satisfactionQualification :- Administration with Oracle's Agile PLM (9.3.x) on Linux or Unix- Experience with Agile integrations to ERP (SAP/Oracle)- Experience with Java / Groovy / programming against the Agile PLM SDK / API- Experience with Oracle SQL queries, preferable with Agile DB schema- Experience in integrations with Manufacturing Execution and Learning Management systems- Experience with Agile upgrades, server installation, performance tuning preferably in AWS hosted environment- Experience with data conversion / cleansing, custom reporting on Agile PLM- Must be able to work with cross-organizational boundaries to identify opportunities, drive consensus and obtain resolution- Meticulous attention to detail, organization skills and strong sense of ownership- Ability and interest in training users in tools, processes, procedures- Excellent presentation skills to executives and groups- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite- Excellent communication, organization, self-management, sense of urgency and ownership- Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work extra non-standard hours (ref:hirist.tech)
