Description:
Responsibilities :- Utilize Oracle Apps Technical skills across various modules to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.- Develop and maintain Oracle applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Developer Suite.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical recommendations.- Implement change management tools, including source control practices and branching strategies, to manage codebase efficiently.- Customize Oracle applications as per client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.- Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. -Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.- Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.- Stay updated with Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance technical capabilities and drive innovation.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant, with expertise in Oracle Apps Technical skills across any module.- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Developer Suite.- Experience with change management tools and source control practices, including branching strategies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Applications is a plus.- Certification in Oracle technologies is desirable.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
