This is a contract position with a high potential to transition into a full-time role after the initial contract period. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and make a lasting impression on our client.Notice Period : 0-15 Days (flexible)Key Skills : Must-Have Expertise : - 8+ years of experience administering Oracle Databases.- 8+ years of experience managing Oracle RAC environments.- 8+ years of experience utilizing Statspack and AWR for performance analysis and optimization.- 6+ years of experience with Oracle GoldenGate replication technology.- 4+ years of experience using GoldenGate with Big Data Adapter for data integration.- Proven ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within Oracle databases.Plus Factors : - Experience working with AWS RDS (Relational Database Service).- Experience managing Exadata Database Machines.- Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server and AlwaysOn Availability Groups.- Experience configuring GoldenGate replication for data sources like SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.Responsibilities : - Perform all aspects of Oracle database administration, including installation, configuration, patching, backup & recovery, security management, and user administration.- Manage and optimize Oracle RAC environments for high availability and scalability.- Utilize Statspack and AWR reports to proactively monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.- Design, implement, and manage Oracle GoldenGate replication for real-time data synchronization between Oracle databases and other data sources (including Big Data platforms).- Work collaboratively with developers and other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation and performance of database systems.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle technologies and best practices.
