Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Oracle Flexcube Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Flexcube development, customization, and integration. The role requires expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming, Oracle Flexcube architecture, and understanding of banking domain processes. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Oracle Flexcube Development :- Design, develop, and customize Oracle Flexcube applications to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.PL/SQL Programming :- Write and optimize PL/SQL code to implement database logic, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for Oracle Flexcube applications.Customization and Configuration :- Customize and configure Oracle Flexcube modules and workflows to align with business processes and requirements.Integration with External Systems :- Integrate Oracle Flexcube with external systems, including payment gateways, CRM systems, and third-party applications, using APIs and web services.Technical Analysis and Design :- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design Oracle Flexcube solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Oracle Flexcube applications.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and user manuals.- Share knowledge and expertise with team members through training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and defects in Oracle Flexcube applications, and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 3 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube development, customization, and integration.- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming and database concepts.- Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube architecture, modules, and workflows.- Experience with Oracle Flexcube APIs, web services, and integration tools.- Knowledge of banking domain processes and regulations is desirable.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
