We are seeking a highly skilled ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) Team Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ORM Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining ORM solutions for our software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ORM frameworks and database technologies, as well as experience in leading development teams.Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining ORM solutions for software projects.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.ORM Framework Selection and Integration :- Evaluate and select appropriate ORM frameworks based on project requirements and constraints.- Integrate ORM frameworks with existing application architectures and database systems.Database Design and Optimization :- Collaborate with database administrators and developers to design and optimize database schemas and queries for ORM usage.- Ensure efficient and effective data access and manipulation through ORM implementations.ORM Framework Customization :- Customize ORM frameworks to meet specific project requirements and performance goals.- Develop and maintain custom ORM mappings, configurations, and extensions as needed.Performance Tuning and Monitoring :- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in ORM implementations.- Monitor and analyze ORM usage and database performance metrics to optimize application performance.Code Reviews and Quality Assurance :- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures for ORM development activities.Technical Skills Required :- In-depth knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, Entity Framework, or SQLAlchemy.- Proficiency in database technologies including SQL, relational database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques for database-driven applications.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for code management.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 6-8 years of experience in software development roles, with a focus on ORM development and database technologies.- Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
