Job Title : Associate Vice President - Production SupportLocation : Hyderabad, IndiaPermanent position with Pennant TechnologiesJob Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Associate Vice President , Production Support. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of production support for our banking software products, with a strong emphasis on lending applications. You will ensure the continuous availability, reliability, and performance of our banking products.Key Responsibilities : Leadership and Strategy : - Develop and execute a comprehensive production support strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.- Provide leadership and direction to a team of production support managers and engineers.Team Management : - Build, develop, and lead a high-performing production support team.- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and provide coaching and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.Incident Management : - Establish and maintain efficient incident management processes and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure rapid issue resolution.- Coordinate and lead incident response teams during critical incidents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Monitoring and Maintenance : - Implement and manage monitoring tools and systems to proactively identify and address issues before they impact customers.- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities to optimize product performance.Vendor Management : - Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support.Continuous Improvement : - Continuously evaluate and improve production support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the production support team.Documentation : - Maintain thorough documentation of production support processes, procedures, and incident reports.- Ensure knowledge sharing and training programs for team members.Customer Communication : - Act as a point of contact for customer communication during critical incidents, providing updates and ensuring transparency.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
