Job Description : Mandatory Skill :- PeopleSoft techno- functional Consultant with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft HR- Hands-on experience of AWE, App Packages, People Code, SQR, IB, CI, App Engine- Must have worked on PeopleSoft Workforce Administration, Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Security, Talent Acquisition Module.- Must have worked on PeopleSoft development/enhancement engagements- Must be able to perform unit test, integration test, conduct UAT- Excellent Communication and customer facing Skills.Non Mandatory Skill :- Knowledge of Cobol, CICS Programming desirable- Knowledge of Kronos is desirableNon-Technical Requirements :- Excellent Communication and customer facing SkillsJob Responsibilities :- Candidate will be responsible for working on multiple Projects as a PeopleSoft developer.- S/he shall be required to gather requirements for specific work stream, design solution for fulfilling requirement.- Carry out impact analysis across HR environment, which includes PeopleSoft, mainframe, Kronos.- Develop and unit test solution and then work with users for UAT acceptance.- Assist users with questions related to specific functionality.- Guide users in terms of best practices.- PeopleSoft HR (Techno - Functional)- PeopleSoft functional experience - Experience in PeopleSoft to Fusion HCM migration program. - Experience in Integration with external systems, is a must. - Experience in HR, Payroll is a MUST. - Experience in PSFT 9.2 is a MUST. - Experience in other modules is a plus. - Should have been part of full life cycle implementation as well as Production Support programs Experience required : 10 + years Roles & Responsibilities : - Prepare & facilitate request gathering workshops for solution design, build and test - Manage client relationship at operational level Generic Managerial Skills : - Reporting to Project Manager - Manage client relationship - Coordinate work with offshore team - Good communication and client facing skillsQualifications :- PeopleSoft Fusion HCM HR Payroll PSFT 9.2 (ref:hirist.tech)
